After a day spent at the beach, in the pool or out in the open, in the evening let the staff at our Le Antiche Saline restaurant welcome you in a convivial atmosphere, where you can enjoy an ever-changing exquisite variety of excellent dishes, mixing the Elban tradition with original reinterpretations.
For half board we have designed an extensive menu with appetizers, four starters, four main courses and a buffet of fresh salads, cheeses and delicious desserts.
